When issues occur, users can simply click the Prima QA button, select a problem, and add a resolution, instantly documenting the issue.

Open QA problems that need resolution in LabManager, including those that have locked the case and require manager intervention.

Click a problem to view details including who documented it, when, and where. Select the proper resolution to clear the issue or unlock the case.

Item History

Double click any lab item to get a full history of who, what, when and where.

Hardware Agnostic

Prima is capable of connecting to whatever hardware you have or may want in the future. We won't charge you anything extra on our end either.

We can connect a variety cassette and slide printers, staining platforms, imagers, and image management programs.

HL7 Conectivity

As an member of the HL7 group, Fortelinea is willing and capable to connect to EHR Systems, LIS, LIMS and imaging software.

Test Mode

At the login window, a checkmark can be clicked to use a separate server and database for testing and training. Attach a new printer? Test it out without effecting your permanent records. New user? Let them play around on the test system until they are comfortable.

Workflow Management

View all cases in the lab, which have exceeded their goal times and which have exceeded their time limits and are lost from one easy to navigate Workflow screen. You can view cases and see which items are running behind schedule or are lost, and the last place they were scanned.

Notes

Use notes to send messages to a specific user or group of users. Decide whether the note requires confirmation or is standard. Each and every transaction is kept in the database for the manager and the user to view at any time.

Reports

Reports for management, pathologists, and for regulatory groups can be generated at any time in Prima. We can produce custom reports for your lab, or you can use our online store to download new reports. Reports can be viewed on-screen, saved as a PDF, emailed, or printed.

CAP Ready

CAP and GLP inspections can be frustrating and time consuming, but Prima has you covered. In Prima you can generate the lab quality and custody reports you need to get your lab running again fast.

Notifications

Enable notifications and Prima will reach you by email or text to alert you that an item has exceeded its time limit and is lost, or a QA issue needs to be resolved.

Graphs

Prima is full of graphs that display important information that help you run your lab and assess efficiency. Graphs display lab and user productivity, workflow distribution, and volumes of generated items.

Data Mining
